I see that there are slight difference in the colors of some items?

All our leather is hand dyed, there might be slight color variations, which is a true sign of a handmade product. Computer monitors are different and we do our best to present the colors of our leather goods the best of our ability. Please be aware that this may appear slightly different on your screen.

Why do you require my phone number?

A phone number is required for the efficient for International Shipping. We ship by DHL Express and they do not ship without phone numbers

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

We do accept returns. We can replace or refund your purchase in the form of store credit. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for the cost to return the item. Items can only be returned with full tracking

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

You have 24 hours to make changes or cancel your order. If you cancel your order after 24 hours there will be a restocking fee of $25,-

Digital Gift cards

Digital cards purchased online are sent to the email address provided on the order as a digital gift card. Gift cards can not be redeemed for cash and can not be returned or cancelled
